Sally & Ruth's £3k for 3K at Big Welsh Swim!

A very big congratulations and thank you to Sally and Ruth who completed the 3k Big Welsh Swim last Saturday, 22nd July! They lucked out with the weather, with a beautifully sunny day at Lake Padarn, North Wales.

They said:
