We're here to support you with your fundraising - you're not alone! We can provide you with free fundraising materials including t-shirts, running vests, balloons, info leaflets, collection boxes and can help with ideas and inspiration as well as moral support.
JustGiving is an easy to use online, secure platform that enables you to raise money ahead of your event. The events listed above usually have minimum fundraising targets (generally around £250 but it varies depending on the event) - add your target to your JustGiving page and write a short paragraph about why you are raising money and what APP does. You can add photos of yourself if you want, and share updates of how your planning and training are going. Then share your page with friends and family, on social media, at work and anywhere else you can think of. Supporters can leave you a message along with their donation and many fundraisers find these really inspiring.
If you have lived experience of PP and are comfortable doing so, you may wish to share your story as part of your fundraising. This can help people understand more about PP and how important APP is in providing information, raising awareness and offering peer support to PP mums and families all over the UK. If you would like support to share your story, let us know via fundraising@app-network.org.
The APP team can give you lots of tips and support with your fundraising too - just get in touch.
If you'd like us to, we can also help you tell others what you're doing by featuring it on our fundraising news page, in our newsletter and on our APP social media platforms.
